"Morn's landing" was inspired by the early works of Mike Oldfield, various progressive rock bands, and the synth-laden compositions of Jean Michel Jarre, Vangelis and Georgio Moroder. It marks a temporary stylistic detour for Andy Salvanos, who has made a name for himself as a solo performer. Yet, his trademark of strong melodic themes and instrumental storytelling permeate "Morn's landing", conjuring up powerful images of an uncertain and sometimes frightening world, but one where beauty and love ultimately prevail.
