    February 2007. They were good times. I'd just quit a 6-year hiatus from music driving a delivery van, and was ready to "unleash" my rather gentle revenge upon the world. or at least the people of Adelaide, Australia. Everyone was still into live street music, the GFC hadn't hit, and the sun seemed to shine more often than not. I had no idea if anyone would be into my stuff. One day in the first week of performing, a German tourist bought this CD. When he came looking for me the next day, I was terrified and convinced that he would ask for a refund. Instead he told me how much he loved it, and even asked me to perform his favourite track. I was stunned and could barely speak. My original plan to burn & print a handful of discs/day only lasted about 3 months, at which point I was selling too many (a nice problem!). By the time I ordered my first batch of 1000 replicated copies, I was already recording the next album. I hope you enjoy the snapshot that is "Fragments". ... more
